At Agroturismo Son Alzines we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Contact form. When you write to us through the website form, we collect the data you provide: name, email address, subject and the content of your message. The purpose is to deal with your enquiry or request and to contact you in order to handle it.

Browsing data. The website uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not collect special categories of data (health data, ideology, etc.) and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

The legal basis for processing the contact form data is the consent of the data subject, given when the form is completed and submitted. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities. Once those purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted.

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we work with suppliers who act as data processors, mainly:

• Raiola Networks, S.L. (web hosting and email), with servers located in Spain (European Union).

These suppliers process the data solely in accordance with our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.
